Like all Bahá'í Centers around the world, the Eastside Bahá'í Center is open to, and warmly welcomes, anyone interested in the principles of global unity and the eradication of all forms of prejudice which are at the heart of the Teachings of the Bahá'í Faith.

As part of their way of life, Bahá'ís host various community activities in the neighborhoods they reside in across the Puget Sound region. These include regular classes for the moral education of children, sessions for junior youth to enhance their spiritual growth and to promote a sense of service-to-others within them, devotional gatherings to inspire inner peace and to draw one closer to the Creator, and study circles to consider important questions such as the purpose of life. The Eastside Bahá'í Center offers all these activities as well, plus a variety of other events. Newcomers are always welcome at every activity!

The Eastside Baha'i Center

"Religion should be the cause of love and unity."

-Baha'u'llah

The Bahá'í Faith is an independent world religion. With more than six million adherents residing in over 124,000 localities across the planet. The spiritual principles of the Bahá'í Faith affirm its overall purpose--to bring about the oneness of humanity. Bahá'ís also believe that there is only one Creator and that the spiritual truth of all religions is the same. From a Bahá'í perspective, The Bahá'í Faith is the most recent of the world's great religions. It forms the next link in a chain of important, divine teachings, a progressive revelation that places Bahá'u'lláh, the founder of the Bahá'í Faith, as the Messenger of God for this age.

The Baha'i Faith comprises people from all backgrounds and walks of life. Inspired by belief in the oneness of humanity, the oneness of religion, and the oneness of God, Baha'is on the Eastside and throughout the world come together for devotional, community, and humanitarian activities.

We are striving to build a community that demonstrates practical solutions to meet the challenges of modern society. We believe our experience is a source of optimism for all who share our vision of humanity as one global family.

We invite you to investigate the Baha'i Faith by exploring this website, contacting us to ask questions, and joining us in our study circles, devotional gatherings and children's classes.
